Een belangrijk onderdeel van een ticketsysteem is uiteraard de toegangscontrole. Wanneer klanten kaartjes kopen via L-Event, worden de tickets per e-mail verzonden naar de klant.

Op het ticket komt een QR-code te staan, deze kan gescand worden met een speciale app. Met deze ScanApp wordt een beveiligde verbinding gemaakt met het ticketsysteem. Wanneer de QR-code gescand wordt, verifieert het systeem de geldigheid van het ticket.

Wie doet de toegangscontrole?

Je kunt in ons dashboard een onbeperkt aantal vrijwilligers of medewerkers registreren die aan de ingang staan om tickets te scannen. Zo heeft elke vrijwilliger een eigen account en dit is natuurlijk wel zo veilig!

• Registreer de vrijwilligers via Vrijwilligers Toevoegen.
• De vrijwilligers ontvangen een e-mail met daarin uitgebreide instructies.
• Speciale Handleidingen voor vrijwilligers.
• Beschikbaar voor IOS en Android.

De bezoekers die kaartjes hebben gekocht, hebben deze ontvangen per e-mail. Bezoekers kunnen de kaartjes printen en meenemen, maar ze kunnen de QR-code ook op de telefoon laten zien. Je hoeft aan de toegang alleen maar de code te scannen en de App laat direct zien of het een geldig toegangsbewijs is.

En wat gebeurt er dan?

Zodra de QR-code gescand is, wordt de bezoeker geregistreerd als “Aanwezig”. Dit kun je ook direct terugzien in jouw dashboard. Mocht de QR-code teveel beschadigd zijn door vouwen of kreuken, dan kan het ticket ook handmatig worden geverifieerd.
